how to repair windows 7

  • The first Asus motherboard I bought had problems just over a year after I bought it, they never even replied to my RMA request. That was about 13/15 years ago. I gave their mobos another chance when I bought an Asus TUF x570 Plus WiFi, which has been excellent in all fairness, as has a friends' TUF x550 Plus WiFi.
Like many others, I'm in a bit of a dilemma with regards to my next kit, definitely will stay away from Asus, and always used Gigabyte before.

  • Im not sure what everyone is going about with Asus. i never had any problems with Asus. In fact, i just sent in my monitor for an RMA

  • The last 4 builds I've done I've went with ASRock and no complaints with them so far. this last build I just finished is actually a gen behind I went with their ASRock Taichi z690 because its still a great board and it was heavily discounted and now offering a lot of features you can't simply get from a new board at the new lower price point, and offers a little upgrade path for me , but seeing as how the computer its replacing is a 6th gen i7 that I've had about 8 years? I don't think I'll mind it not being the latest and greatest.

  • That's weird, didn't know winter starts on December 1st in the US, in Europe winter starts on December 21st

  • In Norway: If you sell something to a customer, then you by law have a responsibility for warranty claims from the customer the next two years. So we don't go to ASUS, we go to the reseller and tell them to fix it for us.

  • Been buying MSI for years, I really do not know why it gets so much hate.

  • Nice video paul as usual! 😁 But I will be not giving this ASUS company a second chance. Wakanda 🏴 "Gigabyte Forever"!!!

  • The worst part is that this kind of stuff has been going on for YEARS, it's gonna take a long time to undo this BS in the industry since it's the norm already.

  • the ai able to look around your room and note things in it is so creepy

  • OMG – 🤣 at 34 seconds- I have always thought Steve from Gamers Nexus was TechJesus but kept my smart ass comments to myself until now – Love your work Paul 🤣🤣 Liked and subscribed – I hope you and Steve can team up sometime – It would be heavenly 🤣 Liked+Subscribed!

  • Imagine what it must be like for Louis Rossmann to be struggling like he does to make a difference and then he looks over and Steve from Gn is just casually strolling by bodying Asus with an apple like hes playing a hitman game.

  • Claims to care about consumer rights and then immediately sponsors Corsair

  • Asus has ALWAYS behad this way. it's always been a fraudolent company. it 's been widely overrated for its payd reviews and publicity, pushing hardware over its stability since the very beginning: at the time where Abit was still alive this motherboards were perfect and capable of overclocking while Asus produced pricy motherbaords full of incompatibility issues with memories. I'm talking about the golden period of AMD when their best chipset was from nvidia and the best motherboard was Abit NF 7 s 2.0

  • Just like the Grim Reaper from the Incarnations of Immortality series, Grim Reaper Steve will not be denied when he's performing his duties!!

  • I will use Jays2Cents when it comes to my mobo needs, Not a Overclocker. Wont do moble gaming on anything but my laptop anf ZnFold 5 I am paying for.

  • After watching Der8auer review on the Colorful MOBO and this, probably it's best time to grab one from AliExpress 😂

  • Gigabyte screwed me on my mainboard, where the RAM slot was not communicating with the CPU. I spoke with their support and walked through their troubleshooting steps. They had me ship the board at cost to me and sent it back saying nothing is wrong with the board. When I have RAM installed in slot B2, the system would not POST. So I am out the $50 for shipping the board under RMA and out the $200 I spent on the board itself. I bought an MSI board and used the same RAM without issue.

  • Asrock may soon become the equivalent of ASUS 20 years ago, at least in the motherboard department.

  • This is getting frustrating. I have several ASUS higher end routers in my home network. Their performance is excellent. Early on I had issues the the RMA process was flawless. However, I hear about problems after problems and horror story after horror story. Not sure who I can turn to when I need to start replacing them.
    .

  • great stuff, the ai is certainly getting interesting, the dry delivery pleases one….

  • Can confirm ASUS RMA is horrible. Even involving their CEO office is proving to be useless. On 4 weeks now without a functioning GPU that they insist was customer induced damage (CID).

  • You didn't cover how Scarlett Johannson is threatening to sue OpenAI for stealing her voice and using it for GPT4o because they wanted to make it sound like her AI character from the movie "her" despite her specifically telling them they weren't allowed to do it. EDIT: OK, I just realized this video is from 5 days ago and once again the YouTube algorithm has set me up for failure

  • Now im starting to wonder if there was something more to EVGAs exit from nvidia. It seems that all major players in the "gaming" genre are having technical difficulties. There are several areas that NEED to be fixed.
    1. Fix USB to be backwards compatible (completely), no need to put usb 1,2, and 3.1on a MB just drop 3.1 in A and C.
    2. Simplify MB designs, drop the ethernet ports add a couple of SFP+ ports so you can use what ever module you want (fiber, copper, etc).
    3. Offer a couple of MBs with NO RGB (some of us hate that)
    4. Same as RGB, also remove SATA ports from some MB models (Some of us only run SSDs) Less active hardware that is never being used is good.
    5. Best for last, The biggest thing we need is a NON MICROSOFT gaming OS. (gaming has become a big enough industry to have specialty gaming OSs)

  • Wish this post had been made earlier, did not realize the troubles ASUS was inflicting on their consumers but i should have know something was off about ASUS products when they shortened the product warranty dates for the VIVObook purchased from best buy and have stopped allowing you to buy additional warranty service plans. The MyASUS app states that my registration period is from 7-2-2023 to 6-15-2024. I also purchased an ASUS ROG phone 6 registered date is 11-26-2023 end of warranty is 11-19-2024 and cannot buy extended warranty service. In other words people need to quit buying ASUS products , they will not hold to their warranty agreements which means that ASUS product holders need to file a class action suit against the company

  • Everything remain the same. Do your research, dont buy over expensive products, dont buy amd cpu, and KNOW your rights!

  • I was thinking about buying an Asus 4K monitor but perhaps i will look at other brands.
Here in the UK it is the retailer that is responsible for arranging in warranty repairs, but some
try to direct you to the manufacturer which breaks the consumer protection regulations.
Just be careful who you buy from.

  • Just found you with the algo🎉 you rock!

  • So uh what motherboard brand should I buy?

  • Where I live a Microcenter is opening but the Grand Opening was changed! ☹️😵‍💫
