  • I'd accidentally deleted my old photos and videos from my old computer. Would I still be able to recover my old photos and videos from my new computer? Please help me.

  • Thankyou for this precious TUTORIAL 💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

  • all of my files are empty except I have a file that says "owner" and it has all the files in it. My name file is empty. Wow, I go over each minute by minute and back and forth and still it does not stick in my brain. And my file won't stay up so I can do it while you talk. How will I ever learn this. duh.

  • Why are there 2 or 3 backup methods in windows 10? I always back up from the one that says backup windows 7. It's so confusing and the other day was my first restore in over 30 years. I could never find the files to restore when I did it in windows 95, 98, xp, and 7 and now 10. This helped me understand it better and I'll save it for next week when I have ro reinstall windows 10 pro that bestbuy screwed up my computer and took over administrator of everything. They turned my computer into a public access computer. I had to do a lot of experimenting with properties and still can't get my saved files on my desktop to open up on the internet. I think there system is corrupted. Never had problems with my 13 year old Hp 7000 tower pentium i7 first gen.

  • Great video. Very helpful. I had used Acronis in the past and I had SOOO many issues. The scheduled backups almost never worked. Lots of backups were not accessible. I just never thought of using the native Win backup tool. It seems so easy. I’ll give it a try.

  • Can you use your computer while it's backing up to an external hd? Is there a way to check the progress of the backup other than just watching to see if the light is still blinking?

  • When you do subsequent backups, does the computer only update for changes? So stuff deleted would be overwritten and stuff unchanged would be left. Other words, the computer doesn't do a full copy each time, right?

  • isn't much easier to go to recover them straight from the recycle bin?

  • Does it need to be an external hard drive? Or could it be an internal one such as WD Black 10TB?

  • I have started to restore system for three hours but the process is not getting finished. Can I shut down my laptop? What to do now, please let me know.

  • I got a old 110gb ssd where my windows is innstalled etc. and a 2 TB HDD wich i store games and stuff.

Just recently bought a new 1 TB SSD wich i want my daily software on, FL studio, Steam and other gaming stuff.

Now i just wanted to back up all my music and Delete everything else and to make my 1 TB SSD main hardrive.

What is the best solution for me?

    Thanks for help !

  • Do we need to take only c drives backup….what about D drive and E drive

  • Will this method back up the bookmarks for Firefox, Chrome, and explorer?

  • can I copy and paste a windows 10 image backup from an external hard drive to another and have it still work?

  • Thanks very much! So with the auto backup you have to keep your external drive plugged in all the time? Is that what everybody does? Personally I dont like anything plugged in all the time, I just do a one off back up. Isnt that ok?

  • Thank you for a great and very informative video! I've been researching for weeks now trying to find a solution to my needs and hope you can offer a suggestion to help. I know there are many others with the same question I have. I'm trying to find a way to backup my windows 10 SETTINGS so if my PC crashes or if I get a new PC I can transfer all the settings. I spent a consif6 amount of time setting them up and configuring windows 10 exactly the way I want it but can't figure out how to back that up. All backup options appear to be related to files but not actual "settings". I've read there is only 1 way to do this by having a microsoft account and enabling SYNC. I want to avoid anything to do with a microsoft account or syncing as microsoft has a lack of privacy. Suggestions are so appreciated!!!

  • If I need to restore files do i have to plug in my SD card or External drives that i have chosen?

  • hi , i hope u can reply , after i restore the backup files in hdd and i transfer the os system into ssd for upgrading , will the backup folder missing?
