Step 1: Press CTRL+ALT+DEL, and click Task Manager

Step 2: Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) and go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWinlogon

Step 3: Double-click Userinit value and change the value data from:
wscript C:WINDOWSrun.vbs, to the C:Windowssystem32userinit.exe,

Step 4: Exit the Registry Editor. Logoff or Restart computer.
