Windows 7 PC not booting. Startup Repair is weird
This is what’s currently happening on my Windows 7 PC. The boot screen locked up a couple of times so I ran a startup repair.
As you can see the progress bar doesn’t seem to refresh properly and any move takes a couple of seconds before it shows on the screen.
Graphics card possibly at fault?
