• i tried downgrading using a windows 7 iso file. i was at the part where it was expanding files and then it told me i need to restart. when it restarted the pc was just frozen on the startup screen. does anyone have a solution for this?

• Bruh mine got windows 11 update i installed windows 7 that has same issue. Can i reflash windows 11 or 10 it will be fixed?

• I have same proble and change ram and it work

• If you have 2RAM remove one and setup window

• Switch to csm

• Got same problem its been like 1 year

• i tried to dualboot Windows 10 and WIndows 7 and i had the same problem

• Had this issue, once setup rebooted the computer it was stuck here, now i have an incomplete installation of windows 7 that has winload.exe missing

  Also i am trying this on a toshiba satellite L750 that had a corrupt installation of windows 10

  Oh and the DVD drive is faulty, so I’m stuck with using a USB flash drive

• Bruh i have shutdown button on keyboard in my computer

• I downgraded to win 10 and installed a driver but the dualboot deleted Windows 10 and Windows 7 setup freezes After 2 seconds of starting Windows. (i dont need fixes anymore i ain't spending any more time on this shit xD)

• Did i fixed it?

• Clean the pc.

• Because is a windows 11 laptop

• Looks like a sector of your hard disk was overwrited so it can’t be fixed unless a new hard disk

• WINDOWS 7 STILL WORKING ON MY GRANDMA LAPTOP

• Its still stuck?

• Maybe enabling CSM support in bios or turning boot mode on Legacy instead of UEFI help.

  press F10(setup)
  set your date correctly and then start
