I explain the laws and rules around operating system licenses. The windows 10 license is stricter and cost money to use and unlock windows. Linux is open source and allows most uses except changes their license. Windows is closed source and doesnt allow people to view their code. There are also rules against hacking, decompiling and selling windows 10. Linux code can be viewed and modified and android is a fork of linux.
