• Okie but how do you push the printers to the machines using GP?

• Nice video, but there are a couple of things you should not be doing.

  1. You disabled IPv6. This is contrary to Microsoft Best Practice, per Microsoft Article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929852/guidance-for-configuring-ipv6-in-windows-for-advanced-users

  2. You set your secondary DNS server as your router. This is contrary to DNS Best Practice in general. Dell Explains it fairly well here:

  "All domain-joined computers must use only internal DNS servers. If a domain-joined computer is configured to use an external server as an alternate DNS server, a temporary lack of connectivity to an internal DNS server will cause that machine to begin using the external server for resolution. That external server will be unable to resolve queries for anything inside the AD domain, and the client machine will not automatically revert to the internal DNS server when connectivity is restored. This generally manifests itself as an inability to access resources in the domain from the affected machine."

  3. You logged in as VICTORINFOSOLAdministrator – the default Domain Administrator. I realize that this is a demo video, but as soon as the Domain is built, you should be creating a separate admin account that is a member of the Domain Admins Group, and not use the named "Administrator" account ever again unless you have an emergency and need to restore AD. if "Administrator" is compromised, your entire domain is compromised.   Other than those 3 things, I thought it was a pretty good video.

  I have a question though, you added the printer as a Port ! would it be different if addedd as a printer with IP? (in the add printer dialog there's an Add by IP option).

For Example AD services deployment in depth, how to recover it from disaster, the security and permissions , GPS in detail. active directory sites and trust and replications, ADFS services,
