Hello everyone. Welcome to Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), part 1.

In this video series, I’m going to talk about what is WSUS, how it can help us, what are the things that needs to be met before we deploy WSUS, how to configure and manage WSUS in Windows Server 2012 R2.

This is a three part video series and in the first part, we will discuss about WSUS and look at what is WSUS,

what are the types of deployment scenarios we have, starting from Basic to Advancement deployment option.

We will look at the what is new in WSUS of Window Server 2012 / Windows Server 2012 R2.

We will also look at the database and storage requirement for WSUS.

Finally, we will do a basic installation of WSUS.

  • From looking at the comments below, Its evident that there's no parts 2 & 3 so I wont ask… even though that's one of the main reasons why I initially subscribed. OH, and I see that he responds to NO ONE! Wow! Guess i'll UNSUBSCRIBE before I ready any more unanswered questions and get overly disappointed and ask myself Why In The Heck Did I Subscribe To This Channel! Okay, I'm done and I'm out! Great Part 1 Video though.
