Let's be fair here… what scheduler isn't filled with edge cases and issues given the diversity in architectures? Ideally there would be testing frameworks for the scheduler but if there isn't.. there isn't. Even higher level schedulers that theoretically would be easier to test have issues (like Erlang.)
And to your comment about submitting bug reports upstream… sure… why not? I've submitted a number of bugs and feature requests in the fsdevel space and had generally decent interactions.

Your power prices seem a bit ridiculous. Aren't there better options? Here in Italy we have providers like DolomitiEnergia giving you certified green energy at €0.175/kWh, and there are even cheaper offerts if you look for them.
EDIT: there are also other suppliers at €0.145/kWh
