• In addition, you can try this alternative troubleshooting method using Taskkill in CMD.

  For example. Process ID 13360 is assigned to DNS Client

  Run cmd as an administrator and enter the following

  taskkill /pid 13360 /f

  You need to refresh task manager before you can start the mentioned issue.
