Installing Ubuntu on a HP Probook 455R G6

This video goes along with the HP Probook 455R G6 unboxing on my main channel, however this video is being uploaded first as a “teaser” to that video. I put this on my second channel so it doesn’t completely die out of inactivity.

    You know l have a small problem, when istalling ubuntu my computer passes through all the stages but it gets stuck on at the end while installing, it doesn't finish to install no matter how much time l live it.

    I am using Hp probook 650 g3

  • Why is there only ubuntu in the bios at the end of the video? Was windows cleared?

  • sometime It is impossible to boot, just a black screen. Fixing is a question of going in safe mode, enter bios… and some trick not very procedural that waste time.
    Anybody uses some special kernel option to fix it?

  • My pingerprint scan not running either.
    Some amount of ram consumes for gpu.
    Did you check logs in ubuntu ? You will be suprised AE_NOT_FOUND bios bug that will never be patched.
    I solved this bug installing ubuntu in uefi mode.
