I'm a Colorado alum but Deion's fame brought in D1 quality players into D2 Jackson State and they dominated. Everyone mistook recruit quality for coaching talent. At Colorado Deion brought in D1 quality players but they played better coached D1 teams. Coach pee hasn't shown much actual coaching talent at all. He created a shit-show circus at CU.

Everything comes down to the linemen he recruits. I can’t see him recruiting well enough for those positions. He also didn’t seem to progress as a coach. They need to stop the hype machine and concentrate on performance on the field instead performing for the cameras off the field.
