Dell wants to charge me to tell me what they changed so my Bose speakers don't show up. They changed stuff and now I have to pay for help?

Don't bother with all these instructions of testing speakers, if they don't work- most likely your DELL computer is the culprit. Quality is getting lower and lower.

Not useful. I'm trying to find where the audio connector is on the laptop. I see a 3.5 mm hole with the headset icon but it does nothing. How about a diagram for the Dell manual. On the laptop, diagnostics says the plug is in the front. Really? The front? Not the left side or right side or in the back. Useless diagnostics. The Dell 5440 manual was equally useless. It had one line about external speaker connector. That's it!

Hi. I have two Dell Laptops with the same issue, and they are like a year old. I connect it to a bluetooth speaker,on output sounds, the bluetooth speaker is selected, however the sound comes out of the laptop, and not the speaker. What am I doing wrong? When I turn it on in the Morning and I connect, it does so,but if I click on something on my laptop, the sound automatically goes back to the laptop

Do not purchase a Dell Refurbished computer. I purchased a Dell Precision laptop in June and it already needs a replacement Motherboard and SSD drive.
Under Australian Consumer Law I am entitled to a refund, but Dell are choosing to break the law and refuse to refund me, or respond to my official complaint.

Do not purchase a Dell Refurbished computer. They are of poor quality, and when something goes wrong Dell will not honor their Customer Service Charter, as they do not care about their customers.

I just bought the 7530 with i7-8850, 32GB of RAM, NVIDIA P2000 and the touch/card reader. When I started unpacking and setting windows I came to a realization that the right speaker sounded dimmer, it had a lower volume. Is this normal on all 7530s or is my speaker busted?

I'm still in the process of doing a audio hardware test but I want to know before hand.
