You've really got to love the fact that Microsoft essentially programs the Disk Management 10.0 to lie about not having sufficient space. It would be one thing to simply admit there were system files positioned to prevent the operation; but no. The text of the error message is specifically crafted and phrased mislead the end user. Very unfortunate.

Sadly the program looks nothing like this anymore. so can't fix anything….
There is another problem with this setup I am doing, I am for example choosing another partition and it just auto selects the C partition which only has a couple of gb
and when I change the setting partition to a one that has over 170 gb free worth of sotrage it just refuses to acknowladge that and just selects C
