In this video, you’ll learn about Ciscos Cloud Service Router, the CSR 1000v. It’s a virtual router, which could run in the cloud (e.g. using Amazon Web Services) or on one of your local servers (e.g. running VMware ESXi). Specifically, you’ll see how to download an evaluation version of Cisco’s CSR 1000v, install it on an ESXi server, and construct a lab topology with three routers. You could use such a lab for your CCNA R/S (200-125), ROUTE (300-101), or TSHOOT (300-135) practice.
