How to Repair Automatic Updates for Windows 7 (Still works in 2024)
Hey everyone, and welcome back to another video on the channel. In today’s video, we will be repairing the Automatic Updates feature for Windows 7.
Note: Check What Your System Architecture So You Will Know If You Need To Download The 32-Bit/x86 or the 64-Bit/x64 versions of the required files.
Instructions:
1. Install Service Pack 1 If Not Installed Already
2. Install The KB3102810 Update
3. Check For Updates
DISCLAMER: Damages to your PC shouldn’t occur during this process, but just incase, please back up all your files, make a system restore point, and or try this on a Virtual Machine or on and older PC first. I am not responsible for anything that goes wrong.

Old laptop from 2009. Dell Inspiron's from around that time are build to be portable, but usable!
It seems to have worked, I now need to restart so we'll see. Should I install all the updates in one batch? LOL

175 important and 10 optional.
Installing now.
it was sooo quick but it did not gave me security esentials free antivirus wich is a microsoft update

Now the Updates are running and installing which enables me to update other Apps like Avast Anti virus, Chipset and Outdated System Drivers etc. Thanks 🙏🏽
