In this video, I have shown one of the easiest way to reset or bypass your forgotten administrator password of Windows 10 / 8 / 7 or Windows server 2016 / 2012 / 2008 OS.
Steps:
1. You should have a Pen drive or CD/DVD and ISO file of windows 7.2. Download Windows 7 iso from internet.If you have a license key then download iso file from directly Microsoft official website.link-
https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows7
Otherwise you download it from any other source available in internet.
3. After downloading make your pen drive bootable by following this procedure- https://youtu.be/K40sHZeau-0 Or you can write the ISO file to a blank CD/DVD.
4. Now insert pen drive to your laptop or desktop.
5. Restart or reboot your system.
6. Go to BIOS menu and select USB drive/ DVD drive.
7. Press enter to continue.
8. Do not click on “install ”
9. Go to repair your system.
10. select command prompt option.
11. Go to systems OS partition by ” D: ” command12. Go to file location by “cd windows” command
13. Go to file location by “cd system32” command
14. rename sethc.exe file and cmd.exe file by following commands-
“ren sethc.exe sethc1.exe”
“ren cmd.exe sethc.exe”
15. now exit and restart or reboot your system.
16. keep clicking shift key for 5 times and it open your command prompt with admin privilege.
17. Now check user by “net user” command.
18. Now by this command change your administrator password-” net user administrator password “19. After successful execution of this command you can login with your newly set password.
