I created a Recovery USB for a Windows 10, Dell latitude 7480 laptop.
The storage size used by Windows 10 to create a Recovery USB was close to 10 GB.
It took Windows 10 a good 1-2 hours of writing to the USB to complete the recovery USB.
Recovery tool does not pickup the flash drive
My computer says it won't use my recovery flashdrive. So frustrating. What a waste.

The "reset your PC" option does not apear to me. I tried to reset my laptop many different ways and still doesn't want to reset.

This doesn't work for me. I get to where I boot into the recovery drive, but when I load into it and select the keyboard then troubleshoot I don't have the "Reset this PC, Recover from a drive, and Advanced options" options. Troubleshoot takes me directly to a page labeled "Advanced options" and the options I have are "Startup Repair, Command Prompt, Uninstall Updates, UEFI Firmware Settings, System Restore, and System Image Recovery." I really wish I knew why there is a discrepancy between our options.
