In this talk we will cover from beginning to end the 5 year journey of building an Automation Community of Practice for one of the worlds largest companies. This is a great story for people to hear how both a top down and bottom up approach is used to create internal OpenSource communities to enable collaboration across teams. We will also discuss enablement activities such as hackathons, guardrails and strategy used to build the community across multiple global locations from Bangkok to Budapest to Argentina and Brazil.
