Issue with DHCP Client | How to Start/Stop Dchp services in computer.

in this video we are considering a situation in which a PC either did not broadcast a DHCP message or does not receives DHCP message, in such case PC or say laptop or computer system would not get IP address through DHCP and so will not be able to communicate with the internet , so there are some setting which could be enable or disable in the computer system to to restart or stop the DHCP message.
