  • No you take it to where you bought it, they take it for a day, you pay 30 some dollars and they send it to the factory to replace it.

  • i just dropped my shit in running water. Hope the splash guard does its work!

  • So if u cant replace the battery, is it a lifetime battery? I dont understand.

  • I've had this phone since December, and the screen has already stopped working (phones turns of, screen however, does not). I called Sprint customer service, and they told me to take it to a repair store and have it paid to be repaired. I am an unhappy new Sprint customer.

  • Really. Why are you reviewing the phone when you don't even know the specs.jeez. it's not a high definition screen is qhd, it's a huge disappointment for us photon owners my cna jb 4.1.1 overclocked photon will kill this phone along with most new phones. Wow…wrong specs. Not very professional you should jump over to android creative syndicate Acsyndicate. net they will get you on the right track

  • I almost bought this phone and then you said "the back does not come off and you can't replace the battery." Terrible job Motorola, I almost bought this above mediocre phone because it has a keyboard, but now I might as well give up having a keyboard and buy a more powerful phone.

  • Thank you for clarifying that. I didn't know that up until now.

  • The bootloader is unlocked for this phone according to everything I've read.

  • No reason other than if you like a Keyboard (cause HOLY CRAP! some people still like physical keyboards), or because WiMax won't be around forever and this is LTE. Other than that there's really nothing.

  • Non removable battery, they took out the kickstand, locked the bootloader, made it fatter, no updates expected… why would I want to 'upgrade' to this from my Motorola Photon that is alread running Jelly Bean?

  • IT WOULD HAVE NEEN NICE IF IT DID HAVE A TRUE HD DISPLAY BUT CAN LIVE WITHOUT IT. qHD IS JUST FINE.
WHY RECORD/PLAYBACK IN 108O BUT OFFER A qHD SCREEN. DON'T REALLY GET IT.

  • The screen is qHD (960*540) not 720p (1280*720) display.
