Apache : $sudo apt-get install apache2 apache2-utils
PHP: $sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-php5 php5 php-pear php5-xcache
MySQL: $sudo apt-get install php5-mysql mysql-server mysql-client
PhpMyAdmin: sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin

File to edit: $sudo nano /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
Content to append : Include /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf
