  • Thank God AI is here to do something useful and show that most distros are just badly repackaged Ubuntu slop.

  • Not that it wasn't inevitable, but what a time to be alive:
Ron Paul "IT'S HAPPENING!" x C3PO "Machines making machines, how perverse!"

  • Automatic (ai) dynamic desktop environments, which changed based users behaviors.. It will come.

  • having LLMs connected in my terminal sounds awesome

  • I want more AI in computing. But hopefully in the Linux world we can get them running locally.

  • AI can also run locally, the models can be trained elsewhere. No need for an internet connection, a subscription or tracking. And if personal data is used, it can even be trained locally. Not a fan of the direction we are heading though.

  • 3:40 – I GUARANTEE you that's not what they did, especially the armored minotaur! You ever tried to get an AI to do swords or other things with coherent lines? There was a LOT of human input involved in that, and I don't mean prompting!

  • TIL it's called (pronounced) Mattay and not like the Australian-overused English synonym for friend… 😅
