I like windows 11. However, I don't understand why I need to make a complete reinstall of windows to make this upgrade. I thought i was going to see a big AI shift or something, but these look like changes that could have happened without a new reinstall… I guess the popcnt requirement is the real reason for the reinstall to support better security, but they didn't mention that.
Also to my understanding you don't need to update the OS, 23h2 will still get updates?
But such improvements listed begs the question, if i spent so much time updating and getting my pc where i like it, do these features warrant my added time going through setup for all my games and peripherals?
Microsoft needs to make this more appealing, i bet there are more features that would be more convincing, right?
