How to install CentOS 7 + Cpanel on OVH dedicated server.
OVH is one of the largest dedicated server providers. They offer bare-metal dedicated servers, VPS and cloud servers.
In this video, we will install Cpanel Control Panel on OVH dedicated server using image provided by OVH. At the time of making this video, OVH only provide Cpanel Server with CentOS 7. Since CentOS is not longer an RHEL clone, most users are moving to other alternatives like AlmaLinux, CloudLinux etc…
Cpanel will soon support Ubuntu LTS. Using Ubuntu may be a solid choice in future as it come with latest software stack. Most hosting providers use CloudLinux with Cpanel as it provide features like CageFS that isolate each website file systems, improving security and limiting resource usage by each websites.

Hi, thanks for the video. I'm handling a case in which I have a server with OVH, it has several websites hosted. It happens that the person who was in charge of everything is no longer there, I'm having problems to access Cpanel, partly because I don't know how it works with OVH. What can I do to find the way to enter the Cpanel? I have access to the part where the invoices are paid and all that, but from what I see, the Cpanel where the web site folders are located is a different place, how can I enter there?
Do I have to do all those steps to access to my cpanel each time I need to enter?
Do you have to pay monthly for cpanel or is it included in your ovh bill

why did you use ext4 instead xfs? were you have /boot i have just / do i need to write boot additionally ? why? and i just have two partitions.. do i need a third one? why? thanks man..!
